"I recently switched over from a diff statefarm in Astoria just so I can deal with daveily the other agent wouldn’t answer my calls for anything and caused me to have 2 lapse by not picking up the phone so I can make a payment I can always count on daveily to answer her phone and call me to update me on my policy she really goes above and beyond and I will continue to do business with her and follow her to any agency she goes too she really makes all the difference absolutely great customer service Highly recommended"

The Herb Albernas Agency, mainly Paula Contreras, are very unprofessional. I was on a policy with family and they cut my mother and sister policies off for having too many accidents. That was annoying but Insurance is a scam anyway. The real issue is they NEVER told me that my car insurance was also cancelled. I didn’t speak to my family about their policy and I had separated from them months ago. They ended my policy and NEVER TOLD ME. Also, they never informed the DMV because I received no letters from them. When I asked Paula why she didn’t tell me she said….’ I assumed your family told you’ I was livid! I’m absolutely going the legal route to deal with them because their unprofessionalism is illegal and dangerous .

If ya’ll want to risk your lives with this place go right ahead. I will not!"

"Had this car insurance for a few years. When Vannia was there, excellent customer service at the time, then they told me that Vannia did not work there any more and honestly should had moved my coverage at that moment because everything after was the worst experience I've ever dealt with. They kept confusing my policy with other people, at one point they said I had accidents on recorded that wasn't even associated with my car. I literally had to fight them to fix their mistakes.
Do not go with this company! Worse customer service ever!!"
